Vijay Sethupathi is one of the leading actors who is currently working in the Tamil film industry. The actor is known for his versatility in choosing roles and that has been his major strength in scoring big hits at box office. He is also now making his debut in Telugu with Syeraa Narasimha Reddy.

Meanwhile, apart from being an actor, Vijay Sethupathi is a writer as well. He has earlier penned dialogues for the films like Orange Mittai and Thaaka Thaaka. Now, according to the Kollywood sources, he has agreed to write for yet another film.

Vijay will pen screenplay as well as dialogues for an upcoming Tamil film which stars Vishnu Vishal as the main lead. Another popular actor Vikranth will play the other lead role in the film. Vikranth’s brother Sanjeev will direct this multistarrer project. Currently, the pre-production works are going on and a formal announcement will be made soon.

Tamil star hero and actor Vijay Sethupathi is finally heading to foreign countries for the first time in his career for the shooting of his upcoming film. So far, he has acted in many good films, and he could not get any good opportunity to go out of the country for shoot. This time, for the film ‘Rekka’ the actor is leaving the country for the shoot. Rekka is directed by Rathna Siva, and the current foreign schedule is for canning the songs. The makers have already left to Bangkok for shooting two important songs.

The shoot started on Wednesday (August 3), and the songs will be canned on the film’s lead pair Vijay Sethupathi and Lakshmi Menon. ‘Rekka’ will have the musical score of D.Imman and the film is produced by Babu Ganesh of Common Man Productions. October 7th is the tentative release date of the film.
