Bollywood box office king Salman Khan, who has recently displayed his box office potential for the nth time with his latest release ‘Sultan,’, has struck an unbelievable deal with a TYV channel.

As per reports, a noted entertainment channel has offered an unheard amount, Rs 1000 Cr, to bag the satellite rights of all Salman Khan starrers until 2018. This is the biggest deal any Indian actor has struck so far. Apart from offering the satellite rights of his films, Salman will also have to attend the award functions and promotional events hosted by the said channel.

Just a few days ago, the same channel has struck a similar deal with Hrithik Roshan for Rs 550 Cr. Given the box office potential and reach of Salman Khan’s films, his deal was two times to Hrithik’s.

Meanwhile ‘Sultan’ is inching close to Rs 600 Cr worldwide gross.

Salman Khan’s latest film Sultan is shattering all the existing box office records and registering a new record in terms of Box Office. National wide, the film is being appreciated by many and the collections are proving that Salman Khan is unbeatable at the box office. The film has reached an interesting milestone now.

The film’s director Ali Abbas Zafar is extremely happy with the way the film is doing great things now. The latest reports reveal us that the film had grossed over 500 crore ($75 Million) worldwide and continued to do well. Yash Raj films produced the film. Yash Raj Films tweeted the same by confirming this. “Shattering box office records like a true SULTAN!” a tweet read on the official twitter handle of Yash Raj films.

Salman Khan is doing so very well with his latest film Sultan. He proved that he don’t need star directors to score blockbusters. All he did is pure magic with his performance which resulted in another film in 100 crore club. This is his third consecutive hit which also entered into the hundred crore club. In four days, the film collected a net amount of 142.62 crore rupees.

The film collected 36.54 crores on Wednesday and made 37.32 on Thursday. On Friday, the film collected an amount of 31.66 crore rupees. On Saturday, the film collected 37.10 crore rupees. Making it a total of 142.62, the film Sultan has rewritten all the existing records in Bollywood film industry now. Anushka Sharma played the female lead in the film. The film is going strong and successful.

Bollywood box office king Salman Khan’s latest Eid release ‘Sultan’, which was released on 6th July, was expected to shatter the First Day Record of SS Rajamouli’s epic film “Baahubali: The Beginning” but surprisingly, Sultan fell well short.

Baahubali: The Beginning collected a whopping Rs 45 Cr net on Day 1 from all the languages it was released in, but Sultan could only collect Rs 36.54 Cr net on Day 1.

Even though Sultan was released in more number of screens than Baahubali’s count, the Salman starrer wrestling drama surprised the trade circuits by lagging behind.

However, Sultan has registered excellent figures on Day 2, over Rs 40 Cr. With positive word of mouth all over and a five-day weekend in the vicinity, we have to see whether Sultan can go on to beat Baahubali in its full run or not.
