Salman Khan is currently busy working on the project Bharat which is the remake of a Korean movie. Soon after the completion of the film, Salman Khan is said to be contemplating to be associated with an exciting project directed by Sooraj Barjatya. Salman Khan considers this legendary director as his Guru.

Both the actor and director have earlier collaborated on the projects “Maine Pyaar Kiya” “Hum Aapke Hain Koun!”, “Hum Saath Saath Hain” and recently “Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.” Now, the actor and director are going to join hands again. The director has already confirmed that he will be working with Salman again in the future. Salman is also said to have given his nod for the project.

The movie is said to be about husband and wife.

He might have made her career shine too bright, but Salman Khan had recently suggested the director of his film not to cast Sonakshi Sinha opposite him.Reason being, that Salman wanted to create a fresh and never seen before Jodi.

We are talking about Sooraj Barjatya’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, which has Salman Khan in it. We learnt that Sooraj was too keen on casting Sonakshi Sinha in the lead role but it was Salman who said there should an actress with him he hasn’t been paired. Sallu Mia did so because he felt that the audiences will see a new pairing on screen and that would be something new to look forward too. Hence Sonam Kapoor was cast.

After having worked with Sona in Dabangg and Dabangg 2, and a few appearances here and there, Salman doesn’t wish to share screen space with her. Is there something more to it? We can’t just help, but wonder.

But going by Salman’s reasons, about the fresh pairing funda, it has actually worked in the favor of the film. Sonam and Salman coming together for the first time have created a lot of ripples. The film has Sallu Mia in double role and also stars Sonam Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Swara Bhaskar, Armaan Kohli, Anupam Kher in pivotal roles.

Yes! Twenty years it is! Hum Apke Hai Kaun released twenty years back in 1994, and was a raging hit! HAHK is a household name and since twenty years it has been so.

Celebrating two decades of Uhu-uhu, the makers and the actors revisit the classic film and memories. The huge cast ensemble of Madhuri Dixit, Anupam Kher, Mohnish Behl, Renuka Shahane, Reema Lagoo and Alok Nath, was then labeled the epic family drama. And till date it is one of the loved movie.

On this Twitter handle, veteran actor Anupam Kher, tweeted: “Happy 20th birthday to one of my most successful and cherished films – HUM AAPKE HAI KAUN. Thank you Sooraj for making this classic.”

Salman Khan and Sooraj Barjatya rekindled their bond after 15 years, and are presently working on ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’. The shooting is presently on in Karjat, Maharashtra.

We hear that the two are celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Classic film.
