Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna has now got a star status in Tollywood rather than her home industry. After the success of Geeta Govindham, Rashmika has been bagging some interesting offers here. The biggest among them is Sarileru Neekevvaru, which stars Superstar Mahesh Babu in the lead role.

Initially, when Rashmika’s name came out as the probable, the heroine said that she didn’t sign the flick as she is busy with few other projects. By that time, she already had Nithiin’s Bheeshma and Siva Karthikeyan’s Tamil film. But apparently, Rashmika felt that her role doesn’t have any prominence in the Siva Karthikeyan’s film.

Thus, she decided to walk out it and checked with Anil Ravipudi whether the heroine slot is free or not. Thankfully, Anil didn’t finalize anyone yet and immediately Rashmika gave him the dates and signed the film. Anil is known for giving good roles for his heroines. Hopefully, he might have offered a prominent character to Rashmika in this film as well.

‘Superstar’ Mahesh Babu who scored a blockbuster with ‘Maharshi’, will be joining hands with the successful commercial director Anil Ravipudi. Initially titled ‘#SSMB26’. the film was rumored to have the title of ‘Reddy Gaari Abbayi’.

Well, our sources have brought some interesting updates about the film. The film titled not ‘Reedy Gaari Abbayi, but ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ Mahesh Babu will be seen as a military soldier in the film. Rashmika Mandonna is roped in to play the female role. Yesteryear heroine Vijayashanthi will be seen in a powerful role in the film. It has been reported that Devi Sri Prasad will be composing the music for this flick and the makers are planning to release the film for Sankranthi. The film is produced by ‘Dil’ Raju under his maiden banner ‘Sri Venkateswara Creations’.
