Saranam Gacchami is one movie which is in the discussions in the recent times. The film unit was rejected censor certificate recently by the regional censor board after which an attack on the censor board took place. Now, the revising committee has finally granted a certificate to the film unit. Actress Jeevitha headed the revising committee, and a team of nine members have watched the movie to pass the censor certificate.

“The revising committee has watched the film and suggested few cuts. We have granted an U/A certificate,” said Premaraj, the director of the film. The film was made on Bommaku creations banner, and Murali Bommaku is the producer. The makers are happy with the cuts suggested by the revising committee and they readily agreed to proceed with the suggested cuts.

The reports coming in from the film nagar reveal us that OU students have attacked the censor office today. The buzz states that the film unit of Sharanam Gachami was not allowed to release their film. The censor board officials have put the film’s release on hold. Demanding the permission for the film’s release, the OU JAC Leaders, Dalit and Girijan leaders have teamed up to attack the censor board office in Hyderabad. They have assembled in large numbers and damaged the property of censor board office.

They have created a mess for some time over there. Later on, the police officials have stepped in and took the students into their custody and took them to the Gandhi Nagar PS. More details on the incident are awaited.
