Beautiful actress Rashi Khanna has reportedly purchased the guest house of a Tollywood hero in Film Nagar.

After making a sensational debut with ‘Oohalu Gusagusalade,’ Rashi has become a hot property of Tollywood with her subsequent films like ‘Joru’ and ‘Bengal Tiger.’ As her career is progressing swiftly in Tollywood, Rashi might have decided to have a home of her own in the Pearl City instead of staying in hotels. When she heard about the guest house of a noted Tollywood actor is for sale, Rashi is heard to have purchase it immediately without lengthy negotiations. Rashi already own houses in Mumbai and Chennai.

On the work front, Rashi’s new film ‘Hyper’ is slated for release on September 30. She has reportedly signed her debut Tamil film opposite Siddarth. Said to be a horror comedy, it will be made as a Telugu-Tamil bilingual.

After successful debut with ‘Oohalu Gusa Gusalade,’ Rashi Khanna has become one of the busy heroines in Tollywood. Rashi Khanna, who is Delhi based heroine buys a house in Hyderabad and soon she is moving to Hyderabad with her family.

Rashi was first seen in John Abraham’s Political espionage thriller ‘Madras Cafe’. She made her Tollywood debut with Avasarala Srinivas directorial debut ‘Oohalu Gusa Gusaladae.’ Rashi has done more films in Tollywood than in any other language. Since being offered few more roles, it is a tough job to handle to travel from Delhi to Hyderabad when there are simultaneous shootings. This was the reason Rashi chose to purchase a house in Hyderabad.

Her parents who are staying in Delhi will soon reach Hyderabad and will stay along with her.

It is also known that Rashi is in a plan to finish the house warming ceremony and later throw a party to her co-actors in TFI. Rakul Preet Singh, Regina Casandra, Tamannaah, Sundeep Kishan, Sai Dharam Tej and Naga Shourya are the actors who are too close this beauty.
