Another Postponement for Chaitu’s Premam

Naga Chaitanya Akkineni’s films have the notorious habit of getting postponed several times before hitting screens.

Chaitu’s much awaited romantic drama ‘Premam’ was earlier slated to hit screens in August. However, the latest reports suggest that the film will hit screens only in September. Makers took this decision to avoid the hectic July and August months.

Naga Chaitanya’s ‘Saahasam Swaasaga Saagipo’ is expected to release by this month end. There is already threat from Kabali, Babu Bangaram, Janatha Garage and few other note worthy films. To avoid risk, Premam is looking for a safe slot in the month of September. A minimum one month gap must be maintained between the two films of a hero.

ShruthiHaasan, Madonna Sebastian, and Anupama Parameswaran are playing the leading ladies of Chaitu in the Malayalam remake of the same name. Chandoo Mondeti is the director. Post-production works of the film are in full swing.
