Bahubali Prabhas is literally living in the gym with continuous workouts for the movie ‘Bahubali: The Conclusion’. Adding more fuel to the flame, he needs to tone his body for his next movie.

As the movie ‘Bahubali’ is going to wrap today, Prabhas will become free and take a break. His next flick is already confirmed with director Sujith of ‘Run Raja Run’ fame. Touted to be a nice action thriller, Prabhas should be seen as a fit hunk. For this, he needs to lose some weight which he has gained for gigantic character Amarendra Bahubali. He will start working out with proper diet under Bollywood trainers. Director Sujith is so keen to make Prabhas look like Hrithik Roshan. This movie will be made outside India in places like Dubai. As the new target is fixed for Prabhas, this project is delayed to further to tone his body.

Prabhas friends UV Creations will bankroll this high budget flick. We have seen Aamir khan lost weight of 10 kgs for ‘Dangal’ in less than three months. Let us wait and see how much time Prabhas takes for losing 20 kgs.

Prabhas Turns 150 Beast for Baahubali 2

After sporting 130 kg gigantic physique for Sivudu character in Baahubali, Prabhas has now put on 17 kilos extra for the role of Amarendra Baahubali in Baahubali 2.

To maintain this toned physique, Prabhas follows strict fitness regime and a planned diet chart.

Prabhas has split his workout sessions in one and a half hours each for morning and evening. Prabhas works at his gym inside his home while the equipment was imported from the US. Prabhas does cardiovascular exercises, yoga, dumbles, stretching, Crossfit, etc as a daily routine.

Prabhas also follows a balanced diet of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, ensuring Proteins and carbs are always present in his diet. His everyday breakfast includes 42 egg whites, 250 grams of chicken and fresh fruits.

Then, 7 small meals of brown rice, oat meal and veg salads serve his lunch menu.1 and a half scoops of protein powder after workout in the evening along with milk before going to bed is his dinner.
