Here is the chocking news about Sunny Leone on whom a noted Bollywood model has slapped a case of defamation. Going more into the details, The Big Boss season 5 contestant and very popular model Pooja Mishra has slapped a case against the actress and ex-porn star Sunny Leone in the Bombay High Court demanding Rs 100 crore compensation for allegedly “defaming her”. This has turned out to be an interesting case in front of the court and the case is up for hearing.

“Adjourned, beyond vacation,” said Justice Naresh Patil, who was sitting in a division bench, when the matter was called out before the court. The case will be called for hearing again after the Summer vacation. However, in the previous hearing, the petitioner was not present. Pooja Mishra, in her petition, stated that she was a popular contestant of TV show Big Boss 5, and Sunny had entered the show much later and revealed that Sunny is giving false statements about her in various interviews, and this is purely out of malice and jealousy. Pooja Mishra stated that because of this jealous acts of Sunny Leone, she had to suffer losses to the tune of Rs 70 lakhs. As a result, she filed a case against the Bollywood actress under IPC sections 500 (defamation) read with 120(b) (conspiracy).

Pooja Mishra was caught in a video assaulting the local staff and abusing them. She further manhandled them by kicking and slapping.
People who were present in the store said that the model took out a pistol and threatened to shoot the staff of the store.
Accompaining her were two men fighting with her and abusing her. The Delhi police filed a case over her as per the departmental store’s complaint of nuisance, misbehaving and damaging the property of the store.
Such assaults over staff are no new to Pooja Mishra. She recently assaulted a hotel staff when being stooped for damaging the hotel property.

TV actress and former Bigg Boss 5 Contestant Pooja Misrra once again hits the headlines for slapping a hotel staff member and breaking his mobile phone at Taj Dwaraka Hotel in New Delhi. Now a video has been leaked about this incident and making rounds on social media.
As per the reports, Pooja Misrra misbehaved and hit a hotel staff when she was asked to pay her bills as she checks out of her hotel. Hotel staff member tries to record the incident on his mobile phone but the angered Pooja shocked one and all with her objectionable behavior by banging the staff phone onto the floor.

Mr. Navraj Hans had invited me for a celebrity appearance in delhi and booked me by his company in taj dwarka delhi,I finished the event and checked out.Months later i came to delhi in july for meetings and thought that taj dwarka was ok and made an independent booking and checked in.Whilst my stay i was tortured by the hotel,with the lights being switched off in my room when media had come to interview me.I was given 500 missed calls in a day on the intercom which when i picked up were hung up on just to irritate me.A staff member even called me and made a life threat.I had had enough so i decided to check out of the hotel next morning.When i did i made full payment of my independent booking (with the police being the eye witness of the reciept of payment slip) .However on reciept of the same the hotel got greedy and started demanding money for the debts not payed by nav raj hans company ions ago! Excuse me!I didnt make that booking and i most definetely am not liable for dues not payed by them.Then the loose ended video which has gone viral happened! Did u see what i did? A single girl surrounded by uniformed wolves fighting for her dignity.Which has been dissected in innumerable negative ways by the media.Needless to say i called the police and and an fir was lodged against the hotel.Shamlessly which the hotel begged me to withdraw on facebook several times.As the matter is under subjudice all the news channels who have carried the video and negative stories will be slapped with a defamation suit of 1000 crores.Besides me and my friends wonder when the fir was lodged in july why has the video releases in sept ? Maybe bcoz i am shooting my tv show here aswell as my movie that will unmask many, insecurity sure is a terrible thing! And NO! I am not SORRY ! If a single independent woman who the society does not let live on her terms and condition..lifts her hands in self defence,so should u!
