Janasena President Pawan Kalyan has more debts than his properties. In the recently submitted Affidavit, Pawan has showcased that he has big debts of Rs. 33 crores.

Pawan is known for his simplicity and his generosity. He has already given so much money to his friends, family and others as charity. But, as per the latest reports, Pawan Kalyan has built another house and is going to organize house warming party. Pawan is building a house near Madhapur. They have organized the house warming party on 6th of this month. As Janasenani has been busy with party works, he is going to make some time for the housewarming.

On the other hand, it is known that Pawan’s best friend Trivikram Srinivas is looking after the works related to the housewarming. Needless to say that Trivikram is going to attend the housewarming party as well.

Pawan Kalyan attended ‘Foundation Stone’ laying ceremony in Kaza, (Guntur District) for his yet-to-be constructed a new residence in Guntur district. Pawan Kalyan who decided to be active in the politics in Andhra Pradesh state felt that he should have his own house in the state. Pawan Kalyan is constructing his house grandly so that he can accommodate the party meetings and other works in his home itself. Pawan Kalyan attended the foundation stone ceremony along with his wife, Anna Lezhneva and his two children.

A lot of fans have come to have a glimpse of Pawan Kalyan. The police officials also gathered in large number to give security and control the crowd. His new house is located at a close distance to Acharya Nagarjuna University. The construction is said to be finished in six months.
