Bollywood stars Priyanka Chopra, Irrfan Khan, Nana Patekar and Om Puri have been roped in to lend voice to the Hindi dubbing version of Disney’s upcoming American live-action feature film ‘The Jungle Book’.
Priyanka Chopra will voice Kaa – the python, Irrfan Khan will lend his voice for the bear Baloo, actress Shefali Shah will voice for Raksha – the wolf, Om Puri will lend voice for Bagheera – the Black Panther and Nana Patekar will lend voice for Shere Khan.
The English version features the voices of Hollywood stalwarts such as Bill Murray, Ben Kingsley, Idris Elba, Lupita Nyong’o, Scarlett Johansson and Christopher Walken.
The Jungle Book was directed by Iron Man director Jon Favreau and the film will release in India on 8th April.
