Young actor Nani is riding high with back to back hits now. Already there is a lot of buzz on his presence in Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu show and this show has generated some interest among the audiences. Nani enjoyed interaction with Chiranjeevi. During the interaction in the show, Nani revealed that he lost his cycle when he went to watch Megastar’s Master film in Satyam theatre, Hyderabad. Nani on a funnier note has also said that he asked Allu Aravind to return back his cycle.

Chiranjeevi who was excited of that said that he would gift him a brand new Hercules cylce and as promised he sent him the gift to his home. Nani has shared the news via his Twitter handle and thanked Mega Star Chiranjeevi. This is really a cute moment indeed.

Akkineni Nagarjuna has hosted the first three seasons of the popular game show Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu. Now, it is the time for Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s game show. Mega Star Chiranjeevi took the responsibility of hosting the show now, and he is going to turn it a popular show again in his own style. The latest reports confirm the arrival of Chiranjeevi on the small screen. After a couple of postponements, the game show is going to make a stunning entry back on TV with Mega Star’s presence on 13th February at 9.30 PM.

The first episode of the fourth season is getting telecasted from the current month. After making a successful comeback on the big screen, Chiranjeevi wanted to show his domination on the small screen as well. Like collections at the box office, Chiru wanted to mint maximum TRP’s on the small screen.

It is already known that megastar Chiranjeevi will be replacing Nagarjuna as the host for the fourth edition of the successful show ‘Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu’.

A promo to introduce Megastar as the host of MEK4 has been released, and mega fans are raving about the look of Chiru. The promo was named ‘Mega Surprise’ and captioned, ‘Kotla Mandi Hrudayalanu Kollagottina Vadu Meetho Koti Gelipinchenduku Vasthunnadu’. It is said that promo was shot by renowned Cinematographer Rathnavelu, who is also shooting ‘Khaidi No.150’.

MEK4 would start from December 12 this year. The timings of the show have been changed. The new season will be aired from 8.30 to 9.30 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Nagarjuna will sit in the hot seat for the first Episode of MEK4, which will be hosted by megastar.

Young tiger Jr NTR will soon be appearing on the Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu (MEK) show hosted by Akkineni Nagarjuna. The show has already recorded highest TRPs on MAA TV channel and became immensely popular. It is now attracting top celebrities as a way to promote their films.

NTR will be seen on the hot seat on the eve of Sankranti to promote his ‘Nannaku Prematho’ to be released on 13th of this month. The episode featuring NTR has already been shot and NTR has reportedly answered 12 questions and won 12.5 lakhs prize money, the highest any celebrity won on this MEK show.

Nagarjuna’s ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ will also be hitting for Sankranthi festival, on 15th January.

Nag, who successfully hosted this show for two seasons, is expected to shoot for the third season this October. This time by bringing Akhil to the reality show, Nagarjuna felt that it would be the right time to pitch him on as “Akhil” will be releasing on 21st of October.

That is a good planning from Nagarjuna, but shall be seen whether his hard work will pay off, and Akhil will be a hit.

On a popular chat show, Nagarjuna expressed his views on dealing with novel and interesting stories in the industry.

“I feel that our industry must start experiment with new-age romances and stories that inspire the youth. How long can we watch the same potboilers? I think with the advent of social media, the challenges of film making have increased. Nowadays you cannot get away with making mindless and stupid movies. So yeah,I feel new stories are required”,said Nagarjuna.

When asked about the kind of films he’d want to do in the coming time, he said, “Well, I’d love to be a part of a movie that shows the romance between people from two different age groups. Let’s say the guy is around 45 years old and the girl is around 18. That’s the experiment I’m talking about.”

Well, such movies have definitely been made in Bollywood. “Nishabd” starring Amitabh Bachchan and Late Jiah Khan was one of them. Though such movies haven’t been made in Tollywood yet.

Akkineni Nagarjuna is currently riding high on the success of his family entertainer, “Manam”.

It therefore remains to be seen if Nagarjuna can start a trend by featuring in such experimental movies.

As reported earlier, Akkineni Nagarjuna will be hosting the Telugu version of the popular game show Kaun Banega Krorepati. The show has now been titled ‘Meelo Evaru Kotesewarudu’(MEK).

After acting in films for more than two and half decades, for the first time ever, Nagarjuna is all set to turn host for a quiz show. Titled as ‘Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu’, the programme will be aired on MAA TV in June and the team, which produced Kaun Banega Crorepati, will be producing the show.

The show will hit the TV screens in June 2014. It will be produced by BIG Synergy who also happens to be the producer of the Hindi version of the game show.

In a press conference , Nimmagadda Prasad, Chairman of MAA TV, said, “For the past few years, MAA TV has been ahead of its competitors in terms of delivering quality content and currently, we are the number one General Entertainment Channel. When we decided to start this show, we considered names of nearly 37 candidates and in the end, we chose Nagarjuna. Although he’s one of the board members, I must say that he earned the chance of hosting the show because we feel he represents what the show is all about. We wanted someone to connect with each and every contestant and Nagarjuna is a true human being, who can bring along a human element in to the show.”

Nagarjuna and Amala Akkineni,later, took to the centre stage and stole the show with their quick round of quiz. Revealing why he chose to host the show, Nagarjuna said, “I’m here to fulfill the dreams of the common man! This is an effort to make the dreams of the ordinary man come true. They are the reason why I’m at this position in life and this is the least which I can do. I owe it all to them!”

It remains to be seen whether this much-hyped show is able to draw attention to itself and keep the viewers glued to the TV screen.
