Director Krish has been busy from the last two years with the making of Manikarnika and NTR biopic. Especially, the last couple of months were a nightmare for the director as his movie NTR Kathanayakudu bombed pathetically at the box office and he had a fight with Kangana Ranaut over directorial credits of the film Manikarnika.

Meanwhile, his latest film NTR: Mahanayakudu is gearing up for the release this Friday. The director is hoping it to be a hit. After the release of Mahanayakudu, Krish is planning to take a break and take some rest. After that, he will join hands with Baahubali producers Arca Media Works for a project.

It is still unknown whether he will go for newcomers or rope in big actors for this project. On the parallel note, he is also planning to do one more film under the banner first frame productions. One of these projects will definitely go on to the floors in this year itself.

Young hero Daggubati Rana, who was injured recently in the shooting of his upcoming Hindi film Department. Presently he is taking rest in Hyderabad. Now the latest news is that Rana’s new project in Telugu has been confirmed it seems. As per the sources Rana has given the green signal to his new project in the direction of Krish, who has earlier delivered the hit films like Gamyam and Vedam.

Apart from direction Krish will also producing this film on the banner of First Frame Entertainment. More details of this project will be revealed shortly.

Rana’s under shoot Telugu film titled "Naa Istham" is almost in the final stage and is getting ready to hit the big screens soon. In this flick Rana is pairing up with bubbly actress Genelia and Prakash Tholeti is directing the film.
