Victory Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya are coming forward for an exciting multistarrer that is titled Venky Mama. KS Ravindra aka Bobby is the director of the movie. The movie was initially offered to Kalyan Krishna but the director has rejected the project as he got busy with the works of Nela Ticket starring Ravi Teja.

The makers of Venky Mama felt that Kalyan Krishna would be a perfect director for the project as he impressed with the films Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam and Soggade Chinni Nayana. As Kalyan said he was busy, KS Ravindra came on board.

Now, the failure of Nela Ticket disappointed the director big time and he is currently busy working on the film titled Bangarraju which he wanted to do with Nagarjuna Akkineni.

Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is currently busy with the shooting of the film Yudhdham Sharanam. Meanwhile, he is so happy that his previous film Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam, which did well at the box office. The buzz reveals that Naga Chaitanya scored a big for the first time in his career. We have come to know that the film Rarandoi Veduka Chudam became Rs 50 crores grosser in his career. This family drama has been moving forward with a good and positive buzz since the release and finally, the film stood biggest solo hit in his career. The film has Rakul Preet Singh in the female lead. Kalyan Krishna is the director of the film.

The film collections for, Nizam is Rs 9.20 crore and for Ceded area, it is Rs 3.05 crore. The film collected Rs 3.75 crore in Uttar Andhra. It also got Rs 1.95 crore in Guntur. The film, in Krishna, made Rs 1.75 crore. For East, it is Rs 2.05 crore and for West, it is Rs 1.35 crore. In Nellore, it got Rs 0.75 crore. The film’s AP & Nizam Total Collections are Rs 23.85 crore.

If rumours are to be believed, Nagarjuna is quite upset on director Kalyan Krishna over Rarandoy Veduka Chuddam output. The film stars Naga Chaitanya and Lavanya Tripathi in the lead roles. Annapurna Studios is the production house backing up the project. The film is scheduled for a grand release on 19th of May. The makers are very much happy with the way the things are progressing regarding the film so far but all of a sudden, the rumours came out.

From the beginning, Nagarjuna is saying that the film would be on the lines of his classic Ninne Pelladatha and would see Chaitu uttering in Uttarandhra slang. But Nagarjuna is now unhappy with the way the film shaped up and he wanted some part of the movie to be reshot.If the same happens, there is a possibility for the postponement of the film release.

The makers are highly disappointed with the sudden debacle of the movie. Soon after that, there was buzz that Vamshi Paidipally will team up with Akhil for the film. After a series of event, Vamshi Paidipally slowly came out of the compound. Later on, the names of Koratala Siva and Hanu Raghavapudi were heard for the film. But right now, it also looks like not happening as Koratala is planning to team up with star heroes and Hanu’s story is not impressive.

The buzz intensifies that Akhil will act in the direction of Kalyan Krishna, who made the hit film Soggade Chinni Nayana.
