Salman Khan is qaidi number 106 now! No, this is not any promotional activity of his upcoming film. Salman convicted in two-decade-old blackbuck poaching case and was taken to Jodhpur Central Jail.

Salman Khan has been placed in the VIP barrack in ward number 2 of the jail. The superstar’s barrack is adjacent to tainted godman Asaram Bapu. It is heard that Salman reportedly slept on a rug on the floor. A curtain separated Salman and the self-styled godman Asaram Bapu. Bapu reportedly offered him his mattress which the actor refused.

It is heard that the doctors were constantly monitoring the actor’s health. Sources also said he was given a tablet to normalise his blood pressure level. And the jail administration has issued clothes and utensils to him. This is Salman Khan’s fourth time in the Jodhpur Jail. Salman has been in this jail on three earlier occasions; one when he was arrested after the poaching in 1998 and then in 2006 and third time in 2007.

Prabodh, a brother of Young Rebel Star Prabhas, was sentenced to one-year imprisonment in a cheque bounce case. According to reports, Rajendranagar magistrate court gave its verdict in a case where UVSS Prabodh issued a cheque for Rs 43 lakh to a businessman towards a payment, but it bounced due to lack of funds in his account.

The court sentenced Prabodh to one-year imprisonment and ordered him to pay 80 lakhs within two months from the date of the judgement. Prabodh has two months time to clear the fine to evade imprisonment and further complications. Well, we need to wait and see if Prabhas will come to the rescue of his brother.

Meanwhile, Prabhas is currently shooting for Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2 in a specially erected set in Ramoji Film City. An action episode is being canned on Prabhas with a group of artists. The film is scheduled to hit the screens on April 14th, 2017.

Salman Khan might be enjoying the appreciation that he is receiving for his upcoming film ‘Kick’ but legal troubles have started haunting him again. A witness identified Salman and said he saw him getting out of the car after the accident.

Second witness, a bar owner also testified in court saying that drinks were served at the table occupied by Salman and his friends on the night of the hit-and-run.

Three eyewitnesses had reportedly testified before the court and identified the actor, last month. Salman was seen by these two witnesses getting out of his car on that day.

Salman Khan could face prison up to 10 years if convicted.

On May 6, one of the prosecution witnesses identified him as the person who had exited from car in a drunk state and escaped from the mishap site.

The actor is accused of culpabale homicide not amounting to murder after he drove his SUV on to a pavement in Bandra, killing one person and leaving four injured.

The charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder attracts a 10-year sentence.

Only time will tell if the actor will be declared guilty. For now, Salman Khan In Serious Trouble!
