This Ae Dil Hai Mushkil hero revealed that he was a drug addict in his teenage. Later he came to know how wrong it is to take them in such young age. Immediately he stopped using drugs and finally gave up to lead a good life. However, after many years, Ranbir recalled a movie called Rockstar in which he has taken a few drugs for the sake of a, particularly emotional scene.
