TV actor Hari Babu who garnered fame with comedy show Jabardasth surrendered himself to Task Force IG Kantha Rao. Confessing his crime, he revealed his reasons. He confessed that he was a government employee but later got addicted to vices and lost his job. He added that four years back, his mother fell ill and to save his ailing mother, he involved in the red sanders smuggling and used the money he received for her treatment.

Srinivasa Reddy who was arrested in this case took the name of Hari Babu. In his confession video, Hari Babu revealed that he did smuggling only once but the police are harassing him by foisting him in other cases. He stated that Srinivasa Reddy collaborated with an SI and involved in the smuggling. He used to transfer the money he got from smuggling into the police officer’s account and the receipts are still with Srinivasa Reddy.

We have already informed that Jabardasth comedian Hari Babu is involved in red sandal smuggling. Finally, the Tirupathi task force cops have tracked down Hari Babu and arrested him for smuggling red sandal for the last 6 years.

Hari Babu started his career as a small time employee and entered Television industry. He slowly started smuggling and earned a lot of money on it. He then used the money for financing movie and he is said to have financed money Shakalaka Shankar’s Shambho Shankara.

Task force CI Madhu Babu and his team have arrested Hari Babu. It has been revealed that there are 13 cases filed against Hari Babu in 10 police stations.

The police officials will reveal more details about the case after a clear investigation.
