Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menon have paired up for a lot of interesting movies in Malayalam. One of the movies is Ustaad Hotel directed by Anwar Rasheed. Now after a long time of the original release, the movie is being dubbed in Telugu with the title Janatha Hotel. The film was supposed to hit the screens last year, but it did not.

In the past, the makers have finalized a title called Jathaga for the movie, but now they have changed the title to Janatha Hotel, and they are planning to release it very soon.

Suresh Kondeti who released a lot of dubbing films in the past is releasing the movie in Telugu. The film’s producer is hoping that the film definitely will become a big hit at the box office. Anwar Rasheed directed and produced this film under Anwar Rasheed entertainments banner. Gopi Sundar is the music director, and the movie is going to release in the last week of July or first week of August.

Southern Star Dulquer Salmaan is currently busy shooting for his new film. The actor has been busy with both Malayalam and Telugu films right now. He is a part of the Telugu film Mahanati. The latest buzz is that Dulquer is a proud owner of Porsche Panamera Turbo sports sedan which costs anywhere around Rs 2 crore. The beast came into the market in March this year, and it can easily do a 0-100 kmph sprint in just 3.8 seconds.
