Jersey is Nani’s upcoming film on which he pinned a lot of hopes. Natural Star wants to get back to the success form as his last film DevaDas did not do well at the box office. Unlike all the films that he acted in, the movie Jersey is going to have a period backdrop.

An interesting update from the film unit reveals that Nani will be seen in a dual role for the movie. Apparently, one of the characters that Nani will be playing in the film is a cricketer and the other character is said to be a middle-aged one. The buzz states that Nani will be seen as a father and son in the film. There are a lot of expectations on the project currently as the movie will be ready for a release during Summer next year.

Earlier, Nani played a dual role in the films like Gentleman and Krishnarjuna Yudham. Shraddha Srinath is the heroine in Jersey and the movie will be directed by Gautam Tinnanuri.

After scoring a decent commercial film like ‘Bengal Tiger’ in his fresh attempt, it seems that Ravi Teja is taking experimental route. He has already given the green signal for Dil Raju’s production venture titled ‘Yevado Okadu’. Venu Sriram will direct it. The movie was launched officially with an formal pooja ceremony few days back. This film will go on floors soon.

Simultaneously, he is gearing up to shoot another film in the direction of Sudheer Varma of ‘Swamy Ra Ra’ fame. In this film, Ravi Teja will be playing the dual role. Here comes the twist, one of the roles is like a 50-year-old guy, and other is of a 20-year-old guy.

Playing 50-year-old guy is a cake walk for Ravi Teja as he is almost 50 but playing 20 is challenging for him.

Superstar Mahesh Babu had last played dual role in his flop movie ‘Nani’. If reports are anything to go by, Mahesh will be seen in the dual role in his next project to be directed by sensational AR Murugadoss. An official confirmation is yet to be made though regarding Mahesh’s characters.

Murugadoss is said to have prepared an interesting storyline regarding Indian judiciary system for this project with Mahesh. The ace director is well known for his engaging action thrillers. Murugadoss and Mahesh’s film will be extravagantly made with huge budget in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi.

The shooting is likely to commence in April 2016. Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is heard to be finalized as leading lady.

Meanwhile, Mahesh is busy shooting for his upcoming family entertainer Brahmotsavam, directed by Srikanth Addala. The film will hit the theatres in summer 2016.

Tollywood Prince Mahesh Babu’s Aagadu is gearing up for a grand release and soon he will join in the shooting of his new film to be directed by Koratala Siva. Now the latest buzz is that Mahesh Babu will be seen in a dual role in Koratala Siva’s film. He played several versatile characters but not played the dual role and for the first time Mahesh is also playing the dual role. So this news will surprise many of Superstar fans.

Now the question is that Mahesh will be seen in a Father-Son role or as Brothers and that is not yet confirmed. The movie will hit the floors in next month and will hit the big screens in September, 2015.
