Ace director Rajamouli has received the summons from the Nampally Court regarding real estate fraud.

Going into the details, A small time filmmaker has approached the court accusing Rajamouli of cheating him by promising to sell his flat in the Photographer’s Colony in Hyderabad back in 2012. He alleged that Rajamouli later sold the flat to another person even after making an agreement with him.

This case has been under progress in the Nampallycourt since 2012. The Court has expressed its displeasure against Rajamouli for skipping the hearings for a long time and now summoned him to appear before the court on 24th of this month.

Banjara Hills police are instructed to escort Rajamouli to court.

The Indian government recently awarded the film-maker with Padmasri award. He is currently busy with the shooting of part 2 of magnum opus ‘Baahubali’. Rajamouli is also in talks with Karan Johar to direct a high budget Hindi movie.

After making the controversial comments over “leaving the country,” Aamir now is summoned by the Kanpur court ordering for his presence in the court on December 1st.

Aamir, who was invited as a guest in a news channel’s award function held on Monday, was questioned about the intolerance in India. Reacting to the question, Aamir said, “As an individual, as part of this country as a citizen, we read in the papers what is happening, we see it on the news, and certainly, I have been alarmed. I can’t deny. I have been alarmed by a number of incidents. When I chat with Kiran at home, she says, ‘Should we move out of India?’ That’s a disastrous and big statement for Kiran to make. She fears for her child. She fears what the atmosphere around us will be. She feels scared to open the newspapers every day.”

This statement of his was taken as the headlines and was lashed against Aamir Khan for uttering the word “Move out of India.” His comments that sparked off a huge controversy trended all day on Twitter. Few celebrities supported Aamir for speaking his mind; few opposed him.

Yesterday few cases were filed against this actor under IPS sections 295A, 160A. As the part of this the Kanpur court summoned Aamir Khan to come to the sessions court on 1st of December.

Tamil popular Comedian, actor Vadivelu has been summoned by the Namakkal court on November 27 for his defamatory remarks against the Nadigar Sangam during a press meet held at Madurai.

The summons was issued by Judicial Magistrate in Namakkal on the defamation petition filed by a District Executive Member of the South Indian Film Artistes Association. This petition was drafted against Vadivelu for criticizing the then Nadigar Sangam.

In a press meet on October 8^th Mr.Vadivelu said that Nadigar Sangam was missing and it would be traced only after the elections.

The petitioner said that the actor’s remarks had deeply hurt him and the film fraternity and demanded action. The case was taken up on October 15 and Judicial Magistrate 1, S. Mohanambal, ordered summons to be served to Mr.Vadivelu to appear in the court on November 20. However, his lawyer told the court that due to heavy rain in Chennai, his client could not appear. Hence, the magistrate ordered the comedian to appear in the court on November 27.
