We are already aware that director Shekhar Kammula has launched his new film with Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi as leads. Shekhar shelved the movie he was supposed to make with newcomers and shifted his focus now on this project. Apparently, this film will be a new age love story.

According to the sources, Naga Chaitanya will be seen as a Telangana boy in the movie. Thus, Shekhar has asked him to learn the dialect. Currently, Chay is busy learning the Telangana accent under a language trainer. The regular shoot of this film will commence soon.

Sai Pallavi will be seen as a dancer in the movie. As it is Shekhar’s immediate film after Fidaa, there are a lot of expectations on it. Narayan Das Narang and P. Ram Mohan Rao are jointly bankrolling this project.

Talented director Shekhar Kammula scored a massive blockbuster with his last film Fidaa. After such a huge success, everyone thought that Shekhar would do a film with any star hero but he chose to do his next with new actors. He also started the shoot of his new film last year and it will be wrapped up soon.

Meanwhile, we now hear that Shekhar has decided to do a movie with Akkineni Naga Chaitanya. Apparently, this will also be a love story and features Sai Pallavi as the female lead. Both Shekhar and Sai Pallavi earlier worked together for the Fidaa.

The shoot of this movie will go on floors once Shekhar wraps up his ongoing project. Interestingly, it is heard that Samantha will join hands with Shekhar Kammula to produce the movie.

In the audio release function of Naga Chaitanya’s Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam, character artist Chalapathi Rao uttered foul comments on women. He declared that women are useful in bed in front of all the lead cast and crew in the function. Despite condemning him, some actors include Chai were shown laughing at those comments. Some speculated that Chai is actually enjoying those comments and they backed up their allegations with the program visuals.
