Talented director Shekhar Kammula scored a massive blockbuster with his last film Fidaa. After such a huge success, everyone thought that Shekhar would do a film with any star hero but he chose to do his next with new actors. He also started the shoot of his new film last year and it will be wrapped up soon.

Meanwhile, we now hear that Shekhar has decided to do a movie with Akkineni Naga Chaitanya. Apparently, this will also be a love story and features Sai Pallavi as the female lead. Both Shekhar and Sai Pallavi earlier worked together for the Fidaa.

The shoot of this movie will go on floors once Shekhar wraps up his ongoing project. Interestingly, it is heard that Samantha will join hands with Shekhar Kammula to produce the movie.

The film, in Krishna, made Rs 1.75 crore. For East, it is Rs 2.05 crore and for West, it is Rs 1.35 crore. In Nellore, it got Rs 0.75 crore. The film’s AP & Nizam Total Collections are Rs 23.85 crore.

It was speculated that the mass director Boyapati Srinu has been in talks with the King Nagarjuna for directing Chay’s next.
