Overnight star hero Vijay Devarakonda has been looking forward to expanding his market. He is all set to get a debut in the Kannada film industry soon.

If the ongoing reports are anything to go by then Vijay is eyeing on making his mark in Sandalwood. Vijay became famous with just one flick Pelli Choopulu. With Arjun Reddy, he has achieved status and craze in youth. It came to know that this young hero is going to remake the super hit flick of Bichagadu in Kannada. Vijay studied in Andhra and Karnataka border town Puttaparthi. There he has got decent exposure on the Kannada language. That is the reason he has nailed Kannada dialogues in Pelli Choopulu just like that. This movie is almost rumored to be confirmed by the hero and soon the project would hit the sets.

Meanwhile, this hero is busy with a couple of projects. One project in Geetha Arts is said to be released in the month of December.

Bichchagadu, the sleeper hit of the current year has been doing well at the box office now. The film is minting more and more money slowly. No other dubbed film did well as of now like ‘Bichagadu’ . The film was offered to Rana Daggubari for a remake, and he straight away rejected it. It is when the film was sold in Telugu for almost 40 lakhs, and now the film has earned almost 13 crores. This is really huge, and Vijay Anthony tasted his biggest hit in Telugu now.

The movie is directed by Sasi and presented by Chadalavada Tirupathi Rao in Telugu. Actor Vijay Antony and Satna Titus played the lead role.

The film did well even it faced competition from Mahesh Babu starrer Brahmotsavam. Vijay Anthony is happy and is hoping to release his future films in Telugu.
