It is known that the Tamil remake of Tollywood blockbuster film ‘Arjun Reddy’ was supposed to be helmed by director Bala. But as the producers were unhappy with the first cut, they have started the shooting a fresh with new cast and crew.

Without making any issue, Bala has walked out of the project silently and without wasting any time he has kick started his next project. As per the latest reports, the director is going to do a multi starrer movie this time with Kollywood heroes Arya and Atharvaa in the lead roles. Rumors are rife that Tollywood actress Bindu Madhavi is going to play the female lead in this movie. The actress is yet to give her nod for this project.

Though Bindu Madhavi appeared in some Tamil movies before, we can say that she got more popularity in Telugu when compared to Tamil. The actress who appeared in ‘Avakai Biriyani’, ‘Rama Rama Krishna Krishna’ etc is now hoping to get a much needed break in Tamil with this film.

The movie titled ‘Avan Ivan’ was released in the year 2011. The movie stars hero Vishal and Arya in the lead roles. Avan Ivan is termed as one of the best movies by director Bala.

A case was filed against hero Arya and director Bala. They were accused of portraying the Singampatti zamin in a wrong way in the movie Avan Ivan. The case was going on at Tirunalveli’s Ambasamudram court. The duo was given notices for a number of times to attend the court hearings. Bala and Arya failed to attend the court hearings. So, an arrest warrant has been issued on Arya and Bala. It seems like the hero and the director are into a murky issue,. More details awaited.

We have already announced that the director Bala is going to make an interesting film in which Jyothika playing the lead. The director has also roped in young music composer GV Prakash Kumar to play the male lead where he will be seen as a thief. Jyothika plays a cop in the movie. The makers have released the first look posters of the film yesterday and the film was titled as ‘Naachiyar’. In one of the posters, Jo was seen giving a bath to an infant, and in another poster, Jyothika is seen heading for a fight with GV Prakash Kumar. Bala has made some very interesting films so far and this film is expected to be a prestigious one for the lead actors.

Composer-turned-Hero GV Prakash Kumar plays the Male Lead in ‘Naachiyar’ and he earlier worked with Bala for the film Paradesi. Music for the film is scored by Maestro Ilayaraja.

As per sources, acclaimed directors Bharathiraja and Bala are indulged in a war over the rights of ‘Kutra Parambarai’ book.

Bharathi Raja is regarded as one senior director who played the key role in changing the Tamil cinema. Bala also has brought revolution in Tamil cinema with few sensational films. Now, it is said that he is in a war with Bharathi Raja for the rights of ‘Kutrparamparai’ book to make a movie.

It is said that after working on the script based on the book for few years, Bharathi Raja prepared the script and is now looking for a production house to back it. Suddenly, Bala entered the scene, and he also intends to make the film on the same book.

When the senior director called Bala, he informed him that he got the rights of the book from the writer itself.
