Lady superstar of South India Anushka’s upcoming flick Bhagmati has got sad news for the fans of Anushka.

This flick which has been in production stage for more than one year is finally getting completed. Made with the inspiration of a real story, Anushka will be seen as an investigative cop. She will be chasing a murder mystery in her investigation which makes her know some historical facts. This thriller is earlier slated for May release, but due to Anushka’s foresight, the release moved to August second week. Already her two releases in this year Om Namo Venkatesaya and Singam-3 gave her bad results. Bahubali, of course, will be a hit but if she releases this flick in May, it will be covered by Baahubali Mania. So she forced the makers to postpone this to Independence day.

Ashok of Pilla Zamindar fame is directing this flick. A young hero will be seen along with Anushka as her partner.

Reel pair Prabhas and Anushka have the good relation in outside the movies also. The duo worked for few movies in Telugu. Beautiful actress Anushka Shetty, who has become the first choice for lady oriented movies, has reportedly given green signal to act in another historical film ‘Bhagmati’.

The shooting of this film is expected to start once Anushka is free of ‘Baahubali 2’. As per sources, Anushka first rejected the script narrated by director Ashok then why did she accept later?

Sources added that Prabhas has played the key role in convincing Anushka for this film. The film is produced by UV Creations makers Vamsi and Pramod, the close friends of Prabhas.

When they expressed the idea of ‘Bhagmati’ in front of Prabhas, the macho actor immediately convinced Anushka to accept the role, thus making her act in another historical film.

Anushka’s another lady oriented movie Size Zero is getting ready for release soon.

Actress Anushka Shetty used to be the care of address for glamorous roles during the initial days of her career. In the recent times, she transformed herself into a talented actress and had become the first choice for lady-oriented films.Soon she is going to turn as Bhagmati.

‘Baahubali’ and ‘Rudramadevi’ have made her name much famous and her another performance oriented film ‘Size Zero’ is slated for release.

As per sources, her long-pending project ‘Bhagmati’ has once again surfaced up now. Post the success of ‘Rudramadevi’, makers have confidence that Anushka can pull the audience to theatres and fantasy dramas work big time in Telugu.

Anushka is heard to have green signaled to play the lead role in ‘Bhagmati’, a fantasy drama. Directed by ‘Pilla Zamindar’ fame Ashok, this project might go on floors in December 2015.
