After debuting in Bollywood with Prateik Babbar’s “Ek Deewana Tha” in 2012, Amy was seen in mostly in The South films. In Telugu, she did “Yevadu” and in Tamil “I.” Later on she was seen in Akshay Kumar starrer, Prabhu Deva directorial “Singh is Blling.” Though this film was a flop show, her glamour was recognised across B’town.
She who decided to grab many offers in Hindi has recently shifted into a new home in Mumbai. Amy, who is excited about this new development in her life, says, “I’ve a home now in Bandra in Mumbai. In fact, I just moved in on Friday. There is literally only one mattress on the floor right now. I need now to do some serious house shopping before throwing a house-warming party.”
The house warming party will see all of her Amy’s friends in Bollywood. Before that, she will be occupied with some serious shopping for her new home.
Amy said that “Very happy after receiving offers in Bollywood post ‘Singh is Blling’, but it would be a tough task to move between Chennai and Mumbai.” Well, should handle that task as very few heroines well get such opportunity to do both Tamil and Hindi film.
Amy is currently shooting for Vijay’s 59th film in Chennai. She also has a couple of offers in Hindi.
Well, offers in Bollywood is what she says for moving to Mumbai, many doubt the staying close to Sooraj Pancholi could also be the reason.
