Stylish Star Allu Arjun is currently working on his forthcoming flick Duvvada Jagannadham. Being directed by Harish Shankar, DJ was initially touted as a summer release and scheduled to hit the theaters on May 19.

However, the latest developments reveal that the movie has been postponed to July 7 and the reason behind doing so is due to the delay in the shoot.

Despite planning tight schedules to hit the summer release, the makers now had to push the release date further after delays in schedule. With 40 days shoot still left to be canned, the makers are now, focusing on wrapping it up without any hurry so that the quality of the movie doesn’t get affected and are hoping to complete the shoot by the first week of June.

The expectations on the movie has already sky-rocketed post the release of the teaser and fans are eagerly waiting to watch Allu Arjun’s new avatar rock on screen.

On the other hand, some exciting flicks are lining up for release which might be in competition for DJ. Fortunately, Mahesh flick moved to June and Bahubali might get released in April or June. So May is the best time to release DJ.
