All the celebrities got busy wishing the young starlet Alia Bhatt on her birthday. But she is busy with other work on a special day.

Alia Bhatt celebrated her 24th birthday on Wednesday and in the evening, she threw a big bash at her home. All the day she has spent with the new member of her family. That is a cute white Kitten which she gifted for herself. She posted a picture of her with her new family member in her Instagram. This picture has blown away her followers as both Alia and Kitten together looked so cute. Her sister Shaheen too shared the same kitten photo with a tagline. The special line revealed that the Kitten’s name was Edward Bhatt, the new member is the ruler of all the Bhatt kingdoms.

This cute star is celebrating the success of her latest release Badrinath Ki Dulhania. She has many films in her kitty which are in production stages.

Alia Bhatt recently turned a year older and couldn’t celebrate her birthday with family owing to the hectic schedule of Kapoor & Sons promotions. However, soon after she returned, not only did she receive a grand welcome from her mentor Karan Johar, but she also made up for the celebrations by spending time with her family.

Amidst her family, who showered wishes and gifts for their blue eyed girl on her birthday, it was Alia’s grandparents’ special surprise that brought tears of happiness and joy in her eyes. Alia’s grandmother and grandfather played the ‘Happy Birthday’ song on the harmony and violin respectively.

When their small tribute ended, Alia couldn’t stop crying. Shooting the video and posting it on her Instagram was Alia’s eldest sister Pooja Bhatt and added, “Happy Birthday Alia!! A glorious rendition of Happy Birthday for @aliaabhatt by her dazzling grandparents! Naturally there was not a dry eye in the house.. Not that there ever is a shortage of waterworks at a Bhatt family do but this one was truly special!.”
