All the hurdles have been cleared for the shoot of Kamal Haasan and director Shankar’s prestigious project Indian 2. The shoot will now resume in August, after being halted for more than three months. Currently, the team is prepping up to finish all the works for the upcoming schedule.

Meanwhile, latest reports from Kollywood stated that the makers have approached heroine Rakul Preet for an important role in the movie. Apparently, this Manmadhudu 2 actress charged about Rs. 1.5 crores as the remuneration for just an extended cameo. The makers were shocked by her demand.

It seems that they are not ready to pay such a huge amount for a guest role and are looking out for other options. Kajal is the lead heroine of this movie. It is being produced by Lyca Productions.

Touted to be the sequel of Nagarjuna’s blockbuster movie ‘Manmadhudu’, the expectations on ‘Manmadhudu 2’ are very high. Rahul Ravindran who marked his debut with ‘Chi La Sow’ movie is helming this project.

Rakul Preet is romancing Nagarjuna in this movie. The teaser and trailer of the film have already grabbed the attention of the audience. Most of the shooting took place in Portugal. Today, the makers have unveiled the lyrical video of the first single Hey Menina from the movie. Menina in Portuguese means girl in English. The lyrical video also showcased some interesting and romantic visuals of Nagarjuna with so many girls including Rakul Preet. Chaitan Bharadwaj’s music, as well as voice, are amazing. Lyrics by Subham Viswanath are good. This high-spirited song has been receiving a positive response from the audience

Annapurna Studios in association with Viacom 18 Motion pictures and, Anandi Art Creations banner is bankrolling this project. The movie is gearing up to hit the theatres on August 9, 2019.

Actress Rakul Preet Singh, who made her debut with the musical hit ‘Yaariyan’, was robbed while on vacation in Bangkok.

Rakul said that two robbers made away with her valuable possessions.

“The incident happened when I was travelling in a tuk tuk with my friends. When we stopped at a traffic signal, two robbers came on a bike and snatched my bag away, which was worth almost one lakh rupees. The other things that the robbers got away with included my camera, two mobile phones, Rs. 60,000 (in cash), my debit and credit cards and most importantly my green card.”, said one of the most desriable women these days, Rakul Preet Singh.

Wasting no time, Rakul immediately filed a complaint at the local police station in Bangkok.

Well, the lady’s karma sure needs some cleansing up given the fact that she’s the talk of the town these days owing to her appearance in an ad by a popular telecom brand.

Meanwhile, Rakul Preet Singh seems to be making most of her stint down south. Her last movie, “Venkatadri Express” was a huge hit. Post that, she has been flooded with offers.

Rakul currently has three big Telugu projects in her kitty- Ram’s ‘Pandaga Chesko‘, Manchu Manoj’s ‘Current Teega’ and an untitled film opposite Gopichand.
