Into the Details: As per the police, actor Balaji’s wife Krishnaveni has been suffering from kidney related problems. Both her kidneys stopped working and had to be replaced.

In this frame of context, a lady named Bhagya Lakshmi came up offering to donate her kidney to Krishnaveni. A deal was fixed between two parties and Balaji had agreed to pay Bhagya Lakshmi an amount of Rs 20 Lakhs. Balaji had given her 3 Lakhs as advance in the past. The lady claims that he was verbally abused for asking the rest of the amount to be paid.
