Small Screen fight in Andhra Pradesh

It is a known fact that two news channels were banned in Telangana. The two banned channels are ABN Andhra Jyothi and Tv9. There were several reasons behind banning these channels. In a recent event, the head of the MSO committee of Andhra Pradesh Mr. Potluri Sai Babu said that they won’t ban channels in Seemandhra unlike the Telangana.

They criticized Telangana MSO saying that they banned the channels in the region due to some political pressures. They assured the small screen TV channels that it won’t happen in the Andhra Pradesh. He also said that some private channels are hiking their price which will be a burden to the people and they need to have a second thought on the price hike. Even though there is small screen fight in Andhra Pradesh, both the MSOs are working to improve the standards.

We all hope that the MSO of both the states does justice to the channels as well as to the people in the state.
