As we all know Eros International is a company which is into movie production firm. They are one of the biggest film production companies in India. They mostly produce Hindi movies. These days they are venturing into regional films.

Recently Eros produced “1 Nenokkadine” which was directed by Sukumar. The movie had “SuperStar” Mahesh Babu as lead actor. But they had a bitter experience with the commercial success of the flick. Huge losses were incurred in this process.

To cover up the losses, Eros International is taking the help of Pawan Kalyan. Eros joined hands with the present film unit to produce “PowerStar” Pawan Kalyan’s “Gabbar Singh 2″. Initially it was said that the movie will produced by Sarath Kumar who is a friend of Power Star. Later Eros showed interest in co producing the film along with Sarath Kumar.We have to wait for some more time to see what kind experience Eros will get through ” Gabbar Singh 2 “.

Mahesh Babu‘s Bollywood Debut was always the talk of the town. Whether it was his looks or his acting or both, his fans and other industry insiders always felt that he should make his presence in Bollywood as well by setting afoot.

However, call it destiny or whatever you want, Mahesh Babu’s Bollywood Debut happened to be the dubbed version of his psychological thriller “1 Nenokkadine”. The Hindi dubbed version of the film is titled “Ek Ka Dum : 1”.

The Hindi version had its theatrical release this weekend. Riwaz Duggal, who acquired the dubbing rights of the film, produced it under RKD Studios and released it in good number of theatres.

Mahesh Babu, who was incidentally in Mumbai for the shooting of Aagadu, promoted ‘Ek Ka Dum’ in Mumbai.
However, his efforts went in vain as the movie opened to mixed reviews.

The critics lauded the movie’s plot for being “unique” and “intriguing”. However, the movie failed to impress the movie goers as a whole.
The critics praised the lead pair of the movie though.

A critic wrote, “Mahesh Babu with his earnestness and good looks, is a welcome addition to the romantic-action hero set while Kriti Sanon looks delectable, and performs confidently – much better than her ‘Heropanti’ effort.”

Everything said, there’s no dnying that the movie is an amazing piece of cinematic work. It just fails to entertain.

After a grand scale launch of the audio, ‘1′ Nenokkadine has definitely set the anticipation high for Mahesh Babu’s fans. The film had one of the kind audio function with a live telecast in 25 theaters. “Director Sukumar narrated the story to me when i was shooting for Businessman. I liked it very much and he worked very hard on the film. My job became easy because of the director” Mahesh said.

The film also marks a debut for his son, Gowtham. “I want to thank Sukumar for introducing my son in this film. When i started as a child actor, my father didn’t tell me anything. He just took me along for a holiday on his shoot and i did the same to my son” he said, beaming with pride.
