Sudeep is playing a key role in the film and the makers launched a special teaser of his character on the occasion of his birthday recently.
Meanwhile, the latest sources from Kannada cinema reveal that Sudeep was injured in a car accident. Sudeep skipped the teaser launch event of The Villain and it indicated that he skipped the event only because of the injuries that he got in the accident.
