Sukumar scored a big hit Rangasthalam last year with Ram Charan. Soon after the release of Rangasthalam, Mahesh Babu offered a chance to the director for an exciting project under Mythri Movie Makers production. While Sukumar is preparing the script for the movie, Mahesh initiated talks with director Anil Ravipudi which brought pressure on Sukumar.
Sukumar thought that the project with Mahesh is not going to happen and approached Jr NTR with a script which he declined.Somehow Allu Arjun came on board and the PR team of Allu Arjun made an announcement that Allu Arjun’s film after Trivikram will be directed by Sukumar.
This is a big surprise for Mahesh Babu who called off his project with Sukumar citing the creative differences with the director. In the middle of this, Allu Arjun’s team announced that Mythri Movie Makers will produce the film with Sukumar. Now, the producers at Mythri worried of losing the relationship with Mahesh and apparently requested Sukumar to personally meet Mahesh and apologize him for making a step in advance without any confirmations.
It is said that Sukumar recently met Mahesh and asked for an apology citing misunderstanding as a reason for everything that took place. Mahesh Babu accepted it but did not assure anything that they will work together in the future again.
