Action director Sukumar, known for his racy flicks and success formulae in Tollywood, is also very fond of small films that are made with depth and subject. The director is always open to encourage newcomers with talent and the films made with conviction. He will soon start his own venture, Sukumars Entertainment Pvt Ltd, and will be producing even small budget films under the banner. “Because of my commitments, I don’t have time to make small films with interesting concepts. I really love small films. So I have decided to encourage members of my direction team. I will encourage and support assistant directors who work for me, by producing their films” said the talented director. Sukumar is now busy with his next action adventure flick, 1, with Mahesh Babu and the plans are to launch the film as a festive opening coming Sankranthi.
