After the biggest disaster of Mahesh Babu starrer ‘Spyder’ movie, Rakul Preet who played the female lead in the movie haven’t appeared on the Telugu screens as a heroine again.
She recently starred in Karthi’s dubbing movie ‘Dev’ which also became a disaster. As per the latest reports, the actress got a big opportunity and has grabbed it. If the buzz is to be believed, the makers of Nagarjuna’s ‘Manmadhudu 2’ movie approached Rakul to play the main lead and the actress has accepted this proposal. The regular shooting of this movie will start in March. Rahul Ravindran is helming this project. But interestingly, Rakul Preet has rejected another big opportunity to star in a multi starrer film. When she got the opportunity to romance Naga Chaitanya in ‘Venky Mama’ movie which is a multi starrer with Venky and Chai, the actress has rejected the role.
Though she said NO to the young Akkineni Hero, she has accepted to romance senior Akkineni hero which became a hot topic. On the other hand, Rakul also has two other language projects in her kitty at the moment.
