Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor, who has recently impressed critics with her authentic performance in ‘Neerja’, has now surprised the world by revealing the big secret that she was offered a role in Baahubali but she had rejected it.
During a chat show when Sonam was asked to review Rajamouli’s biggest motion picture Baahubali, Sonam said that she hasn’t watched the film yet but she knew the story. ‘I knew it because I was offered the film. The script was wonderful,’ the saucy Bollywood siren said.
It has come as a big surprise as the film in news was ‘Baahubali’, which is like a dream project for any actor and/or technician. Sonam might not be aware of the popularity of Rajamouli or the visual wonders like Magadheera and Eega that he carved out in the past, otherwise she would not have rejected the offer.
It is heard that Sonam was offered the role essayed by Tamanna.
