One of the popular production houses of the world, Disney, is known for its animated features. It is now coming with a new film called The Lion King, which is a live action animation adaptation of the 1994 film of the same name. This new version has been directed by Jon Favreau.
Just like many other Disney films, even this movie is getting dubbed into multiple Indian languages. For the Hindi version, star hero Shahrukh Khan and his son Aryan Khan have dubbed for the father-son characters Mufasa and Simba. For the Malayalam version, it was Mohanlal and his son Pranav Mohanlal who did the job.
Now for the Telugu version, Disney India is planning to rope in another star hero father-son duo. We hear that that pair will be either Megastar Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan or King Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya. We might get confirmed news with a few days. The Lion King is all set to hit the screens worldwide on July 19.
