Salman Khan was recently quizzed about his role of a wrestler in his upcoming film Sultan, He said, “When I used to walk out of the ring, after the shoot, I used to feel like a raped woman. I couldn’t walk straight. I would eat and then, head right back to training. That couldn’t stop”. This recent comment on feeling like a ‘raped woman’ has stirred a huge outrage.

People have been tweeting about how Salman’s comments are so out of line and that he needs to apologize. Even singer Sona Mohapatra recently commented on the issue. Just like others, she also expressed her opinion on the entire matter. The singer was very critical of Salman Khan’s comment, and when someone tried to defend Salman through his tweets, she sent out the following counter-tweet that says “Women thrashed, people run over, wild life massacred & yet #hero of the nation. ‘Unfair’. India full of such supporters”.
Naturally, Sona Mohapatra tweet didn’t go well with Salman Khan’s diehard fans who began to abuse her on the social networking site. However, the actress chose to reply back in an equally strong voice, with a series of tweets…saying “last 4 who have written in amongst 100 others. Proves the kind of example their ‘hero’ has set” and another tweet “Dear Bhai Chamcha’s, You continue to prove my point with every perverted, sick, cheap message you write to me. HaHa”.
How this tweeting fight impacts singer Sona Mohapatra career, remains to be seen.
