Vishal scored his biggest hit in Telugu recently with the film Abhimanyudu. PS Mitran made his debut as a director with the movie and the film he made impressed many in South and North. The idea about the film’s sequel was proposed already but the director Mitran got busy with other projects and he will next direct a film starring Shiva Karthikeyan.
But, Vishal wanted to take the sequel forward and he has roped in a debutante Anand to direct the project. Anand has previously assisted director Ezhil and shares a good relation with Vishal. The makers are going to have Vishal as the lead and Arun as the antagonist. The film’s official announcement is going to be out very soon.
