Pasi Narayanan, who has acted in close to 500 Tamil films, is in dire financial crisis. His son is selling milk packets, and he has a daughter whose marriage is a big financial issue for the senior actor. He is looking for help from the Nadigar Sangam, but he has been ignored by the Sangam for the past two decades alleging he was not a member of the Sangam.
Narayanan went to Chennai at the young age of 15 to become an actor. He played small roles in several films. For one of his written plays, he received a prize from former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Karunanidhi. But, today, his financial position is utterly difficult. He still is looking for help from the Sangam.
