Ace director Sekhar Kammula who is known to make realistic films which give an insgiht into life, is all set to make his Bollywood Debut this year. Rumours about his debut had been going around for a long time. And now.official confirmations has arrived.
In a recent interview with a prominent media house, Sekhar confirmed this news. “Yes. The Hindi remake of ‘Happy Days’ is finally happening. Salman sir will be presenting this film.”
When asked about the constant delays in the project, he said, “Every time I wanted to start shooting Happy Days in Hindi, something or the other was happening in Telugu. So, I have decided to take a short break from Telugu projects and concentrate on this Hindi film. I am really happy that Salman Khan is going to present our film and I am looking forward to collaborate with him.”
Sekhar Kammula is currently excited for the release of his next, ‘Anamika’, starring Nayanthara. ‘Anamika’ is scheduled to release on the 1st of May. Music Maestro M.M. Kreem has composed the music for this one.
It remains to be seen whether the Hindi version of the humongous-hit ‘Happy Days’ is able to create an impact that its Tollywood counterpart did.
