Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s Sardaar Gabbar Singh is one of the most awaited films this year.The pre-release business of the film has been closed for all the areas in both the Telugu states with Nellore rights sold for a whopping amount. In fact, after the two back to back hits Gabbar Singh and Attarintiki Daredhi, the demand for Sardaar Gabbar Singh rights is on sky-high and the makers are taking the advantage by demanding fancy prices from the distributors.
As per the latest reports, Nellore area rights of Saardar Gabbar Singh has been closed on NRA (Non-Refundable-Advance) basis, and the distributors Leela Mohan Reddy and Surisetti Narendra shelled out a whopping Rs 2.72 crores. However, this is a second biggest deal for Nellore region after Baahubali. It is also heard that the makers are planning to release the movie on their own in Tamil Nadu through Satyam Cinemas.
The audio launch will take place on March 20th, and the venue details about the audio launch event is yet to be revealed from the makers. An official confirmation is awaited in this regard. Bobby is directing the film and Kajal Aggarwal is the female lead. Lakshmi Raai and Sanjana Gilrani are playing important roles in the film. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the tunes.The film is all set to hit the screens on April 8th, 2016.
