Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is all set to play the lead role in one of the most awaited sequel of Bollywood’s hit film Munnabhai. Earlier there were rumours that Aamir Khan will play the lead role in the sequel of Munnabhai series.
Now it seems producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra and director Raju Hirani have made up their minds. Apparently, they have decided to revive the Munnabhai series with Sanjay Dutt in the lead once again. Arshad Warsi too will reprise his role as the loveable sidekick Circuit.
The third installment of the hit series, titled as Munnabhai Ki Aatma Katha will continue with the original pairing of Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi, producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra said.
Burying reports of the actor duo not being part of the Munnabhai series, Chopra said, "Sanjay and Arshad are returning to play Munna and Circuit. We are developing the script right now." "The film is expected to go on the floors in 2012. Earlier, the third part of the movie titled as Munnabhai Chale America.
