She reveals that she is practicing yoga for the past 5-6 years and is excited about her new Telugu serial Swarna Kadgam. The actress said that she has put on weight for the character she is playing in a TV serial and hence adopted Yoga for staying fit. Sanjana said that she will do yoga for 1 1/2 hour every day for 3-4 days in a week. Swarna Kadgam is going to be telecasted soon on television.
Actress Sanjana who was seen in a couple of Telugu films in the past is now coming up with a Telugu TV soup titled as Swarna Kadgam. The actress has recently participated in Yoga celebrations at mercury hotel in Hyderabad and spoke about the same. On the occasion of world yoga day, she has participated in the event along with some yoga experts. She said that it is compulsory to practice yoga in the current days.
