Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu may be a newcomer to understand the gravity and depth of ANR magic in Telugu Cinema, but she got a complete picture of his greatness while shooting for Manam. This Akkineni family entertainer will be the last film of ANR where all the three generations were showcased into an endearing story. Samantha feels proud to be a part of such a history maker. Sharing some of her experiences while working with the legend, Sam happened to share some memories that add up to show his side as a great human being.
“I can never forget ANR Garu. His enthusiasm was a treat to watch and even he fell sick, he made it a point to come to the sets and complete his part in Manam. It was a great learning experience. Moreover, he was the first person who complimented me for my work in Ye Maay Chasaave. He told me that i reminded him of Savithri garu. That was a huge compliment” she said.
Manam, which stars late ANR, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya also has Shriya Saran and Samantha as female leads. Directed by Vikram Kumar, the story looks to be a complete family entertainer. Sam, while shooting for Rabhasa inTelugu, is also super busy with a line up of Tamil movies this year.
