Salman Khan to remake Yellow in Hindi

Bowled over and impressed with the movie Yellow, Salman Khan decided to transcend the film Yellow in a Hindi Version.

Reteish Deshmukh’s Marathi Film that was screened and released last week is fetching great response from the critics. Salman is totally impressed with the concept and idea behind the making – the story of a girl with learning disabilities who finds her passion in swimming.

This is a real life story portrayed by a girl with real life disability and her own story made on screen. The girl, Gauri Gadgil, wowed the audience with her impressive performance in the movie. The film also stars Mrinal Kulkarni and Manoj Joshi in important roles.

A lot of Bollywood celebrities have given support to Riteish Deshmukh by gracing the screening of the movie.

Salman Khan is into a foray of activities in the recent times. Apart from his next project under filming, Kick, Salman is also an active crusader for the social cause of physical disabilities via his foundation, Being Human.

Recently a campaign was organized called ‘Veer’ in an attempt to raise the funds for Being Human. The first fundraising saw a whopping amount of 1 Crore being collected for Salman’s genuine strife to cater to individuals with physical disabilities. This apart, Salman also plans to start off several other causes that will benefit the humanity a great deal.
