"Yes, the surgery took place late last night and Salman is fine now. He has just been advised complete bed rest for a few days after which he can start working," a source close to Salman revealed.
The 45-year-old actor was suffering from a medical condition called trigeminal neuralgia and aneurysm for a long time now and when the pain became unbearable, Salman left for the US August 29 for treatment.
