Earlier Chitramala informed that recently released Bollywood’s film "Tanu Weds Manu" is getting remade in Telugu. In Hindi version Madhavan and Kangana played the lead roles. Now the latest news is that this news has been confirmed and Tollywood producers Dil Raju and Nallamalupu Srinivas are jointly producing this film in Telugu.

Earlier we heard that comedian turned hero Sunil will play the hero role. Now the latest buzz is that director Puri Jagannadh’s brother Sai Ram Shankar will play the lead role and sexy actress Charmy will play the female lead role it seems. But it is not confirmed officially. Sai Ram Shankar earlier acted as hero in few films like 143 and Bumper offer, but those movies didn’t get the hero image to Sai Ram Shankar. Cahrmy’s recently released Mangala movie was also got the bad reviews and it was dud at box office.
As per the sources this flick will be directed by new debutant Gopi. Gopi earlier worked as an associate to the director Puri Jagannadh. More details of the film will be revealed soon.
