The much-awaited sequel Robo 2.0 is in final schedule of its shooting. Recent speculations about the budget and remunerations are raising the eyebrows.
Being made with a whopping budget of Rs 380-400 crores, the makers Lyca productions entered the record book of being the costliest production ever in India. As Rajini Kanth takes a huge remuneration more than 50 crores, the main antagonist Akshay Kumar too got more than his market. A source close to the production unit has revealed that Akshay was paid 40 crores for this movie for being the main antagonist. It’s lesser than Rajini’s remuneration in numbers but if we look closely, we can see the difference. Rajini was paid 50-60 crores for two years whereas Akshay was paid 40 crores for just twenty days. That means he charged 2 crores per one day which is too much for his range. Shankar is known for extracting the best out of his actors and we can expect the best from Akshay forgiven remuneration.
This movie is planned to get released for the coming Diwali all over the world in many regional languages and international languages.
